I too experience scheduling issues (regarding comment below). I had an appointment on the books for May 1, 2020, scheduled via Alyssa Finley Retail Manager in November 2019, due to the ongoing issues with my outside unit. No reminder call so I called at 4:15 p.m. the day before to confirm I was the first appointment with a specific person (one of two individuals the Retail Manager had stated she would have scheduled). At 7:45 a.m. the next morning Ashley called to say the appointment is canceled due to no one available for scheduled appointment and rescheduled for May 29. I tried to explain that I this appointment has been on the calendar for six months, but Ashley would not even attempt to work with me or look for an appointment earlier than the 29th (I took the time off for the appointment). So, I call on May 28 in the morning to confirm my appointment the following day. Again, it was confirmed I was the first appointment with a specific technician (same one scheduled for May 1). On May 29 I got a call that I was the second appointment of the day (not the first as was confirmed the day before) and not with the technician I was originally scheduled because he decided to take the day off (same technician and same situation as May 1). I got a call at 11:05 a.m. the technician was on his way and as usual had to ask who it was that would be coming to my home. Forty-five minutes later I called again to confirm the technician was on his way. The technician arrived and was professional, friendly, and thorough as is all their technicians. I have met several in the past two years and even though I have had issues with both inside and outside units the technicians are great. Also, I did leave a voicemail for Alyssa Finely yesterday, May 29, stating I again was calling with a complaint about scheduling. She, by the way, is a good listener. I know we ALL are doing our best at this time and I also know feedback (good and constructive) is what is what is needed to benefit everyone.
We have a brand new house, we go to turn on AC for the first time and it doesn’t work. They send out a tech who says it’s AC compressor and I have to call back to ask status. They then say well that guy was tired came out and we don’t think he checked everything, we need to send another guy out. It’s 90+ outside and they have no urgency. The second guy was supposed to be our from 3-7 and no one has shown up. Unprofessional and terrible attention to detail. The second guy shows up late to confirm what we already knew, compressor is broke. Now we wait more days with medical issues in the heat. Did I mention this Ac is brand new? This is ridiculous.
Sloppy scheduling. ALWAYS check to make sure you are scheduled.I made an appointment 4 days ago for today between 8 and 12 noon. I took a valuable day off from work to be here, and waited all morning for them to show up. At 11, I called them to see if the guy would be coming soon. "NO" they said, because the appointment was "not booked properly." After getting pretty mad they finally agreed to send someone - "sometime today".So here I sit - wasting a day. SLOPPY !!!! I hope the technician is better than the scheduler.
Danny and Nick came to install my new heating / AC unit today. These guys were great! They answered all my questions, and even gave me tips on how to keep my new unit running smoothly. They knew exactly what they were doing, and took the time to explain how the different parts worked. Their knowledge and customer service were awesome. I give Danny and Nick an A+ for sure!!
Nothing but good things to say about Airtron and our sales person Karen Sweda. Karen scoped out a new A/C unit for our house, Airtron installed it the same week, good service before and after the sale. I've waited a year to post this review, just to make sure everything is working as advertised, the A/C unit and the service from Airtron, and Airtron did and is delivering. Going forward, Airtron is the only company we'll use for A/C and/or furnace projects/issues/etc. at our house.
Today we had a new Trane furnace installed by Nick W. Nick was very detailed, neat, cleaned up after himself and left no mess. Nick took time to describe the functioning of the furnace and furnace filter system. He described in detail what he did for the install. I would recommend Nick for future installs to anyone.
I've found you judge a company by it's people and it's people like Airtron's Service Tech Abdul Dil that make Airtron a GREAT company. We had a problem with our furnace in our new build home that wasn't installed correctly. Abdul explained a better way to install the part in question so it would never go bad again and gave us the best possible price. Friendly, kind, caring and on time... isn't that what everyone wants when they need service? My wife and I say thanks again Abdul.
Nick Woodruff installed a new furnace for us yesterday and he did an excellent job. Kept us informed on what exactly he was doing during the process. He was both friendly and courteous. The new furnace is running well.
No one likes to have to replace a furnace, but if you have to be sure to ask for your installer to be Nick Woodruff - he was excellent - took time to explain the work - corrected some small things to make it better for our family - he made the install a positive experience
Airtron has serviced my home for many, many years. I recently had to have the motor replaced in my furnace. Yancy was the installer, and was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. The company laid out my options very clearly to decide to repair or replace, and was quick to return for installation upon my decision.
I highly recommend Airtron, you'd be silly not to get their maintenance plans. My air conditioner went out last year, they were able to help me get a new r410a unit since r22 is going away at the end of the year and is too expensive to refill. Ashley is wonderful, and the techs know their stuff.
Last week my A/C went out and I was so miserable. I contacted several different companies. Airtron was the only company that was able to come out same day. I signed up for the monthly maintenance plan which gave me an automatic $500 OFF the repair same day AND coverage for the future. I thank the office staff and the young man who got my air conditioner working.
Very happy with our service. Sean came out to replace and install a new coil. He was very professional, kind and patient as we were entertaining guest and some of the kids came down to see what he was doing.

Lowell arrived on time. Serviced the A/C unit outside;advised me to have bushes surrounding it trimmed. Tested the unit inside. Advised me to keep the fan running so the A/C itself would run less.I appreciate his expertise and advice.
Abdul serviced my AC a couple years ago. This year, as well as the last time, he was very professional and thoroughly check the system. I appreciate the efficient way he worked. He made sure any questions I had were answered. Great job. Wish all service people were like him!!!
